"The short and simple mortgage application form Oppenheimer Group® supplied on my new mortgage website simply gets more visitors to apply than the online 1003 form I had on my old website. The short form gets at least five times more response than the longer online 1003 form used on my previous site. Even when I did get a borrower to fill out the online 1003 on my old website it was normally unusable, borrowers were just not able to complete the form correctly. All I could really import into my LOS was their name and address. I'll take more applications!
