Default Why Loan Officers and Mortgage Brokers Fail Online

Most Loan Officers and Mortgage Brokers fail to be successful in their online ventures because they fail to miss one of the two major components to running a successful online business.

Most folks in the mortgage industry start doing business online because they want to take online 1003s and get leads. They fail because they miss one of two major components which I'm going to explain right now.

1. You need a professional looking website. If it doesn't immediately say there is a team of people behind this site, then it doesn't stand out, and if your not standing out, then your yesterday's news. A great looking site that is professionally designed and that includes the tools you need to get the job done is requirement number 1. If you site isn't going to give this impression, then why bother trying to do business online.

2. The second and very critical component to your successful mortgage websites online is that you need a campaign that is going to drive visitors to your site. This can be standard advertising, which doesn't always deliver the best bang for your buck, and then there's Search Engine Optimization. With SEO , you know that you are getting your money's worth, because what it means is that you are well positioned to get traffic from the search engines. That means that people already looking for a home loan are already searching, online, and with a little SEO work done to your site, you are likely to come up in a number one spot.

While this is my first post here, I'd like to show an example of what I'm talking about, to build a little credibility here.

Lets take a look at LoansInteractive .com , they offer loan officer websites, they are successful because they have mastered the two components I've mentioned.
1. They've got a professional looking website
2. They understand search engine optimization, for example, if you open msn.com and do a search for loan officer websites , they come up first page in the top 5 results. Which is very impressive based on the amount of results they are competing with.

If you've not been experiencing the kind of success with your online venture, I hope that this little bit of information I've posted helps you to reconsider your approach and bring you closer to success.

Thanks for taking the time to read my post, I hope I can help bring a little bit of information on this site from time to time to help everyone be successful with their online business ventures.

Thanks,
PuRe
