Default Lending tree and cost

As I recall Lending tree wanted in excess of $10,000 to sign up. Paid for every lead delivered and paid again for every loan closed!

With this type of investment I can have one of the best websites available, promote it heavily, lots on links, banners...

IMHO the cost is to high.

Well, for $10,000 plus you truly can have a great, powerfull website and pay no commision for each new mortgage lead and each closing.
