Default Will trade an Oklahoma lead for an Ohio lead
The buyer wants to purchase a home between 75-85K. Score is 530 according to him. I have not pulled his credit. Wants 100% financing. The seller is willing to carry whatever portion he cannot get financed.

Any takers?
