Reciprocal Manager Review

Oppenheimer Group has installed Reciprocal Manager on our new site to add links. Our initial impression is good, could use some improvements but overall very workable.

I am waiting to to see as we fill the directory how managable it is and how usefull the link check feature is. The installation of new links is straight forward and the emailing functions save alot of copying and pasting.

I'll post more in the future as we gain experience.

A few comments regarding RM4 (Reciprocal Manager 4), hold off if you haven't upgrade from RM3. We have experienced a number of problems with RM4 which we are told will be remidied in an upcoming release. Any way no need to exerience these problems yourself.

Well what a flop Reciprocal manager 4 turned out to be. Not only did many of the features not work as advertised, then after months of being promosed that solutions were on the way they removed RM4 from the market and reverted to RM3. Well needless to say we can't give a positive review of recirocal manager as our experience was a complete bust. How can you bring a new product to market that isn't ready for prime time, put off your clients who need help resolving issues critical to the success of a large part of their marketing efforts and then instead of resolving the issues say you're going back to an old program? Save your $67!
