Amz Access is providing Mortgage Loan Processing to loan officers and mortgage lenders.

It will help clients to keep track of their loan applications. Currently, we are gathering, organizing and verifying all the information that the underwriter will need in order to underwrite the loan. This includes:

Entering Information into computer from the Loan Applications
Deposits (i.e. credit report fee, appraisal fee)
Disclosure
Verifications – Employment history, Credit history etc
Review Verification Responses
Appraisal is performed and reviewed for accuracy and completeness.
Customer Communication via the Loan Tracker and or phone calls.
Submission to Underwriter
Copying and Stacking
Proofing
Contact hazard insurance company for new mortgagee clause
Review credit report, bank statements, pay stubs & W-2's
Assemble a Post Closing loan package and deliver to broker
Coordinate closing schedule
Follow up to confirm closing was successful
