Default Mini 1003 on website

I would like to have a way for people to apply for a mortgage directly through my existing site, rather than having to email me.

What's the easiest way to do this? I'm self-taught in web design, so forgive me if there is a very obvious answer to my question.

Are there any templates out there that I could use?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Leah

Leah:

There are many ways that you can build a mortgage application form page, we use PHP. Just search "PHP forms" in Google and you should find instructions on how to create the application (mini 1003) you want in PHP. Or if you prefer contact us an we can help you.

Oppenheimer Group is proud to announce the release of our complete online importable 1003 mortgage application. The from is made as simple as possible for the applcant with help screens for all input fields. The online 1003 is the most feature rich online importable 1003 available today! It collects all the important loan and contact information on the first screen so you'll never loose another lead if a borrower abandons the 1003 application mid stream.

Mortgage borrowers can fill out as much or as little of the online 1003 in one visit/sitting as they choose. The mortgage applicant can log back into the online application as many times as they need to complete the application once started. All data is saved during each session an applicant starts so no data is lost.

When the applicant finalizes their application an email is automatically sent to the site adminastrator and/or loan officer containing an email attachment that is importable into any loan origination software that accepts Fannie Mae file format 3.2 including Calyx Point.

Visit http://www.oppenheimergroup.com/onli...pplication.htm to read about all of the features or give us a call at 888-247-4837.
