For those who still watch the page rank of their web pages like the DOW jones industrual average, the tool bar displayed PR appears to be changing once more. Considering the last update was in July and the prior udates occured in April and January it would appear that Google has gone to a quarterly update period.

While this Toolbar displayed rank isn't as meaningful as it was a year ago, there are still those that believe that it is the gold standard and therefore it is beneficial at the very least for exchanging links with them.

New clients who are participating in our ongoing link popularity campaign with there websites up long enough to have PR have all reached at least PR3.
