Default Considering PPC any reccomendations?

My site http://www.lancastersrealestate.com apparently is the sanbox and I am considering using PPC in the short term.

Can anyone give some insight which is better for real estate websites Google or Overture?

One is as good as the other. If you just do Google you Miss 1/2 of the searchers because Overture adds are served on Yahoo and MSN among others.

Googles front end is more user friendly.

Default Overture vs Google

Microsoft just moved away from old model and launched it's own search engine. They will drop Overture soon. It is in beta now, but expect Microsoft to overcome competitors in a few month/years from now.

RE: PPC - with Google you need to prepare spend $2-3 per click. $300 per day will give you 120-180 visitors. It will be up to you how many you can convert to leads.

This way is "pricy"
