Mortgage borrowers can fill out as much or as little of the online 1003 in one visit/sitting as they choose. The mortgage applicant can log back into the online application as many times as they need to complete the application once started. All data is saved during each session an applicant starts so no data is lost.
When the applicant finalizes their application an email is automatically sent to the site adminastrator and/or loan officer containing an email attachment that is importable into any loan origination software that accepts Fannie Mae file format 3.2 including Calyx Point.
